My Personal Experience of More Than 10 Years
Hello, and thank you for choosing to trust me and read this story.
For me, this is more than just a guide about hair. It is a personal story: a collection of experience, lessons, and discoveries that I genuinely wanted to share with you.
Everything you will find here comes from my own journey: experiments, mistakes, observations, habits I had to rethink, and, above all, learning to treat my hair with more care and attention.
You won’t find ingredient breakdowns, active compounds, or specific product recommendations here.
And that is intentional. I am not a trichologist, and I would never want to replace the expertise of a qualified professional or recommend something that may not be right for you.
We all have different starting points: different hair textures and densities, scalp conditions, colour treatments, sensitivities, lifestyles, and many other individual factors. What works beautifully for one person may not work at all for another.
My goal is not to tell you which bottle to buy. It is to share the principles and habits that helped me look at hair care differently, helping you understand what my own hair truly needs.
Because beautiful, healthy hair is about gentleness, consistency, awareness, and understanding that caring for your hair is not only about giving it more, but also learning not to damage it with your own hands.
I hope this guide will not feel like a list of strict rules, but rather like a starting point: an invitation to understand your hair better, listen to it more closely, and gradually discover what truly works for you.
With love for beautiful hair and for the unique journey each of us takes along the way.
— Natalia LavilleMy Personal Experience • The Early Years & Blonde Era
Sometimes I feel like my hair speaks for me. Not in the sense of being "perfect," but in the sense that it reflects the care, attention, and patience I've invested in it, and that is something people can notice.
And perhaps that's why you're here too.
Behind it, however, there is much more than genetics, as many people tend to think.
There is also a journey of almost ten years.
Because there is a big difference between being naturally gifted with something and learning how to preserve it, and even more importantly, discovering and bringing out its full potential.
Until I was 16, I focused on growing my hair long, without paying much attention to its quality. It was naturally thick and full, and I was simply grateful for what nature had given me.
Then, at 16, I went to a salon simply to trim the ends.
I left with hair that had been cut into layers, with the length suddenly sitting around my shoulder blades. I had arrived with hair well below my waist.
For me, it was devastating. I still remember walking out of the salon with my legs literally shaking. I cried. But I didn't give up; I started growing it all over again.
At around 18, I started getting highlights. It was highlight after highlight after highlight.
And eventually, the price of all that blonde became impossible to ignore.
From Chemical Breakage to The Turning Point
At 24, in August 2016, I came to Cyprus for the first time with my hair already completely blonde.

A few months later, I officially moved here in December.
I postponed my next colour appointment for as long as I could. But in March 2017, I finally went to a local salon.
And that appointment changed everything.
My hair was severely over-processed. It became so damaged that it literally started breaking off.

Preserving Density, Building Knowledge & The True Goal
I realised I had reached a point where I could actually lose my hair if I continued treating it the same way.
In April, I travelled back to Kharkiv and decided to completely change my approach: toning down the blonde and starting over.

Until that moment, I had never really thought about hair care as something that required knowledge.
But now I had something to lose.
I started researching how hair actually works, what damages it, what helps protect it, how to build a proper routine, which ingredients and techniques actually matter, and most importantly, how to save the hair I still had.
And my goal was never simply to grow it long again.
I wanted to keep the density, thickness and volume that had always been natural to me.
I wanted long hair, but I also wanted it to look full, strong and beautiful.

The Decision That Changed Everything
At 24, I knew absolutely nothing about hair care.
My entire “hair-care arsenal” consisted of supermarket shampoo and conditioner, neither of which was suitable for my hair type.
And that was it.
I had no home-care rituals, no understanding of how to properly wash my hair, how to dry it, how to brush it, or how to actually take care of it.
I was simply going with the flow, without ever stopping to think about what my hair really needed.
Looking back now, it’s almost funny. Because I had no idea that one day I would spend years studying, experimenting and learning how to take care of my hair, and that this journey would eventually become something I would want to share with you.
But at some point, I realised that if I continued doing everything the same way, nothing would ever change. I couldn’t just keep going through the motions and expect a different result.
You have no idea how much I want to get this message across to you. And I really want you to remember what I’m about to say.
Daily Treatment, Professional Products & Unlocking Genetic Potential
Yes, I use professional hair-care products at home: shampoo, hair masks and conditioner. Occasionally, if I experience increased hair shedding, I’ll use specialised ampoules or do a course of salon treatments focused purely on nourishment.
I have never done Botox treatments, keratin treatments, nanoplastia, or any of those complicated, expensive multi-step treatments from Korean, Japanese, American or other brands.
Everything I do is actually very simple and straightforward.
But the real difference is in how I treat my hair every single day.
That is what creates the result. Not a €75 hair mask when everything else you do is working against your hair.
I’m sure you’ve thought about your genetics at least once, and perhaps even wondered whether you simply weren’t lucky enough in that department.
But are you really sure you’ve unlocked your genetic potential to its fullest?
Because the hair you see on me today is in its best condition it has ever been in my entire life. And I’m incredibly proud of the fact that I’ve managed to unlock the potential I was given genetically. And I don’t want to stop here.
More than anything, I want you to feel that same pride in your own hair.
So before you decide that you have “bad genetics”, ask yourself one question: what have you actually done to unlock their full potential?
And please, don’t tell me it all came down to buying a few bottles of expensive products or using rosemary water. Because that is not what unlocks the potential of your genetics.
Daily Consistent Habits Over Miracle Products
Understand this: you can buy the best and most expensive hair masks, invest in top salon treatments and spend a fortune on professional care, but if you continue making basic mistakes every single day, your hair will still suffer.
And, ultimately, you may simply be wasting a lot of money.
Remember: consistent habits matter far more than occasional “miracle” treatments and expensive products.
I want you to read these words twice, and really let them sink in.
Because it is the little things you do every single day that can either damage your hair or help it reach its full potential. They can completely transform the way your hair looks and feels, sometimes beyond recognition.
Everything that has helped me, everything I’ve learned, tested and accumulated over the years, is now collected in my full guide.
In the second part of this guide, I’ll share everything I’ve learned through years of trial and error, research, experimentation and searching, and most importantly, what will actually make a difference to your hair.
There won’t be a single word about “miracle” products or procedures. I’m giving you a system.
I’ll show you why healthy, beautiful hair starts from within, and how dozens of seemingly insignificant daily habits can, together, either damage your hair or completely transform it.
This system isn’t designed to work for one day or until your next product purchase. It stays with you for life.
You won’t have to keep searching for “the one perfect mask” or “the shampoo that will finally change everything,” because you’ll understand what truly affects your hair, and what can make it better or worse.
You have seen the 10-year transformation. Now discover every single habit, protocol, washing technique, drying routine, silk protection method, and seasonal care strategy in the full 82-page masterclass edition.
